Why is it that Mogadishu University is fully functioning in what is supposedly the most dangerous place in the world? Mogadishu University is an accredited university in Mogadishu which as of 2012 ranked among the top 40 universities in Africa. The campus you see in the picture was initiated with the assistance of the Islamic Development Bank among other donors.
